Emphasis on programmatic acquisition
Our strategy focuses on buying existing stores and independent practice conversions. This has two primary advantages:
- faster payback periods (relative to ground-up construction) when buying at attractive multiples
- lower performance uncertainty
This gives us a clear revenue growth path and a well-defined list of acquisition candidates.
